Payment options

We accept payments by credit or debit cards or PayPal directly through our Customer Portal.

We also support manual purchases by invoice. First, our sales team issues a price quote. Once a purchase order is received, a Proforma Invoice is sent in return. This can be paid via bank transfer, wire, or through a custom payment link (credit, debit card or PayPal).

License activation occurs after payment is received, followed by issuance of a final invoice.

Purchasing license
What are the possible ways to pay?
You can pay directly through our Customer Portal using an online payment (credit card, debit card or PayPal)

Alternatively, we support manual purchases by invoice. Upon request, we can issue a price quote. If accepted with a purchase order, we will provide a proforma invoice. For invoice payment we support bank transfer / wire or a secure payment link (CC,DC, PayPal). Once payment is received, we will issue the final invoice and activate your license.

Please note that we do not accept checks.
Can I purchase Unimus through a distributor or reseller?
Yes, Unimus licenses can be purchased through our global network of authorized distributors and resellers. If your organization prefers to work with a local or regional partner, please contact our Sales Team - we’ll be happy to recommend a suitable distributor in your region.
Do you accept checks?
No, we no longer accept payments by check. If check payment is the only available option on your side, please contact our Sales Team - we may be able to facilitate the purchase through one of our authorized resellers.
How many license seats do I need to buy?
Every Unimus account includes 10 license seats for free. When calculating how many seats you need, subtract those from your total number of devices.

Example: If you want to back up 30 devices, you only need to purchase 20 license seats - the remaining 10 are included at no cost.
How are upgrades or downgrades calculated?
License upgrades are charged at a pro-rated price based on the number of additional seats and the remaining time on your current subscription. All seats renew together, based on the license term you selected (1 to 5 years).

Example: If you have 150 license seats and upgrade to 200 in June, but your subscription renews in December, you’ll only pay for the additional 50 seats for the remaining months until December. At renewal, you’ll be charged for the full 200 seats for the next term.

Downgrades can be scheduled at any time but take effect only at the next renewal - they are not applied immediately.
Does Unimus support offline deploys / air-gapped networks?
Unimus normally requires a connection to our licensing server; however, we do support Offline Mode (air-gapped deployments) for customers on the Unlimited (Enterprise) license tier. Offline Mode is not supported for Per-Device (SMB) licenses.

Yes, we actively collaborate with partners through two primary partnership models:

1. Reseller / Distributor Partnership
Ideal for companies reselling Unimus licenses to end-users.
  • PO and invoice-based purchases
  • Licenses are assigned directly to the end-user’s Customer Portal account
  • No access to pricing/billing is provided to the end-user
  • Resellers manage their own pricing
  • Manual license renewals (1–5 year terms)
